Southern Michigan Center for Science and Industry’s objective is to provide opportunities for careers in engineering, sales, manufacturing and advanced manufacturing, to improve student performance and workplace readiness, by providing 21st century education and training using blended learning with utilization of technology. SMCSI uses a strategic educational model. It is based on a group of triad blended content and delivery methods. Each educational objective is analyzed to determine the most productive methods. The primary methods include Instructor-Led Classroom, Hands on Mentoring and Online, “Anytime, Anywhere, Self-Paced Education”. Our Motto is “Train Today. Work Tomorrow.”
